Become a Lending Partner
Thank you for your interest in becoming a lending partner!
To become a lending partner, you must first become a correspondent lender with Lakeview Loan Servicing, the master servicer for the initiative. To do so, please contact the Lakeview Client Services team at 855-253-8439, Option 4 or email crm@bayviewloans.com and request to speak with a Lakeview Business Development Director.
Once approved as a Lakeview correspondent lender, please complete these steps:

Register for access to the Cook County Lender Portal using the link(s) above. (Note: Be sure to use your corporate email address.)

Download, sign and return a Program Lender Agreement to hello@yourhousingresource.org.
