Through the Hub's partnership with Stifel Public Finance and others, the Local Government Homebuyer Assistance Initiative was established to provide market empowerment to communities. The Hub takes pride in building strong relationships with trusted lending partners to bridge the gap between lenders and borrowers through grants and affordable loan products. We are currently co-administering an Indiana-based down payment assistance program, Hoosier Homes, and an Illinois-based down payment assistance program, Cook County Home Advantage Program.
Become a Lending Partner

To become a lending partner, you must first become a correspondent lender with Lakeview Loan Servicing, the master servicer for the initiative. To do so, please contact the Lakeview Client Services team at 855-253-8439, Option 4 or email email@example.com and request to speak with a Lakeview Business Development Director.
Once approved as a Lakeview correspondent lender, please complete these steps:
Register with for access to the Hoosier Homes and/or Cook County Lender Portal using the link(s) above. (Note: Be sure to use your corporate email address.)
Download, sign and return a Program Lender Agreement to firstname.lastname@example.org.
