What We're Proud Of - Making a Difference in Indiana

Updated: Dec 7, 2023

Hello again, dear readers!

Over the past few blog posts, we've taken you on a journey through who we are, what we do, why and how we do it. To conclude this series, we're thrilled to showcase some projects we're especially proud of. Two such examples are Legacy Heights in Wabash and Northview Estates in Topeka.

Legacy Heights, a 44-unit housing development, is within walking distance from the vibrant, active and exciting downtown Wabash. This development is more than just buildings and streets; it's a community. It's a testament to our belief that everyone deserves a decent, affordable place to call home. These custom-built homes priced at $260,000 and up are making way for a wave of even more affordable and desirable homes, which are already sitting on the streets of beautiful Wabash, Indiana, as approximately half of the 500+ of the local market potential is made up of people who already live in Wabash. These folks don’t want to leave their beloved community. They just want a home that better suits their needs and lifestyle. With a median value of approximately $150,000 for existing homes, we’re eager to see the housing market explode in this highly desirable community.

Then, there's Northview Estates in Topeka, a 151-unit development. Topeka is a small town with big dreams. It grows from a population of 1,000 at night to over 5,000 during the day when commuters come to work there. Northview Estates reflects this dynamism and growth, providing quality housing for the town's rapidly expanding population. With employers brimming with job opportunities and a 40+ minute commute time for many of their employees, Topeka’s community leaders began investing its own local resources in 2020 by purchasing a large parcel of land on which to build new housing units. Today, this community stands to grow by more than 10% as Northview Estates takes off.

We're proud of these projects not just because they are successful housing developments, but because they embody what we stand for. They're real-life illustrations of how the H.O.M.E. (Housing Optimization through Market Empowerment) Method can transform communities and lives.

But this is just the beginning. We look forward to many more such successes, and we invite you to join us on this journey. Together, let's continue to make a difference in our communities, one house at a time.

Thank you for being part of our story, and we can't wait to write the next chapters with you.
